Jokowi Minta Maaf Saat Bagikan 6 Ribu Sertifikat Tanah di Tangerang, Ada Apa?

Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi membagikan 6 ribu sertifikat tanah untuk warga yang tinggal di Tangerang, Banten. Penyerahan sertifikat ini dilakukan di halaman belakang Mal Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Banten, Minggu (4/11/2018).

Saat membuka pembagian sertifikat, Jokowi sempat menyampaikan permintaan maafnya. Sebab, dia telat menghadiri acara tersebut.

"Saya minta maaf sebesar-besarnya, saya dua hari ada di Banten dan agendanya padat sekali," ‎kata Jokowi.

Dia mengatakan sudah berupaya tepat waktu untuk tiba di acara tersebut. Namun, kata dia, banyak warga yang memintanya berfoto bersama dan tidak bisa menolaknya. Inilah yang membuatnya kerap datang terlambat.

"Sebenarnya sudah diatur, tapi satu-satu minta selfie, satu acara selfie setengah jam, kemudian telat jadi dua jam, tadi terakhir acara di ICE BSD saya sudah tinggal, karena sudah ditunggu acara sertipikat," terang Jokowi.

Sementara, dalam acara penyerahan sertifikat tanah, Jokowi meminta kepada para penerima agar menyimpan sertifikat tersebut dengan baik. Jangan sampai hilang apalagi rusak. Kemudian, jika digunakan sebagai agunan di bank, maka harus dipikirkan dengan baik terkait cicilannya.

"Kalau pinjam, hitung benar-benar bisa ngangsur apa enggak, gunakan seluruh pinjaman untuk modal investasi, modal usaha," kata Jokowi.

Sebelumnya, pemerintah menargetkan pembagian sertifikat sebanyak 7 juta pada tahun ini. Sementara pada tahun depan ditargetkan sebanyak 9 juta sertifikat bisa diterima masyarakat.
