Maskapai penerbangan Lion Air kembali mengalami Insiden, Pesawat dengan tujuan penerbangan Bengkulu-Jakarta menabrak tiang lampu dan mengalami kerusakapan pada sayap kiri akibat insiden tersebut.
Insiden tersebut sudah mendapat konfirmasi dari Kepala Kantor Otoritas Bandara (OBU) wilayah VI Agoes Soebagio. Ia membenarkan adanya insiden yang melibatkan Pesawat Lion Air JT-633 dengan tujuan penerbangan Bengkulu-Jakarta.
"Benar insiden itu terjadi. Namun kejadian ini tidak menyebabkan bandara di-close, karena pesawat masih berada di appron sehingga bisa dipinggirkan dan penerbangan di (bandara) Fatmawati masih normal," kata Agoes, Rabu (7/11/2018)
terkait insiden tersebut Agoes mengatakan saat ini Kementrian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) sedang melakukan investigasi guna mengetahui kronologi dan penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan yang menyebabkan Pesawat Lion Air JT-633 mengalami Robek pada sayap kiri.
Dan untuk 143 penumpang dalam Pesawat Tersebut akan tetap diberangkatkan dengan Pesawat Lion Air lain yang baru tiba dari jakarta.
"Langkah-langkah penanganan tersebut segera kita dilakukan agar tidak terjadi penumpukan penumpang sehingga membuat masyarakat menjadi kecewa. Dalam hal ini kami tetap memprioritaskan keselamatan dan pelayanan," tegas Agoes.
Ia juga menegaskan penyebab terjadinya insiden tersebut masih dalam tahap investigasi. Jadi Ia tak mau berandai-andai terkait penyebabnya, ia juga menghimbau agar semua pihak dapat bersabar menunggu hasil investigasi yang sedang dilakukan.
