Warga DKI Bisa Daftar Program Rumah DP 0 Rupiah Mulai Hari Ini

Pendaftaran Program rumah DP 0 Rupiah atau Solusi Rumah Warga (Samawa) dibuka mulai hari ini, Kamis (1/11/2018) hingga 20 November. Warga Jakarta bisa mendaftarkan diri di setiap Kantor Walikota dan Bupati di DKI Jakarta.

Dikutip dari akun Twitter resmi Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, @DKIJakarta, warga bisa mendaftarkan diri secara mandiri atau melalui loket pendaftaran program rumah DP 0 Rupiah yang beroperasi pukul 09.00 WIB hingga 14.00 WIB.

Loket-loket pendaftaran program rumah DP 0 Rupiah tersebut berada di setiap kota di DKI Jakarta, yakni:

1. Jakarta Pusat: di dalam Gedung PTSP Kantor Walikota Jakarta Pusat, sisi kiri dari pintu masuk.

2. Jakarta Barat: lantai dasar Blok B di lobby utama sisi kanan pintu masuk Kantor Walikota Jakarta Barat.

3. Jakarta Selatan: lantai dasar lobby Blok A Kantor Walikota Jakarta Selatan.

4. Jakarta Utara: di dalam Gedung PTSP Kantor Walikota Jakarta Utara.

5. Jakarta Timur: lantai dasar lobby Blok A di samping Bank DKI Kantor Walikota Jakarta Timur.

6. Kepulauan Seribu: di dalam Gedung PTSP Kantor Bupati P1000 di Pulau Pramuka.

7. Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi DKI Jakarta: Kompleks Dinas Teknik Jatibaru, Jalan Taman Jatibaru No. 1, Jakarta Pusat.

Persyaratan
Pemohon hanya perlu membawa KTP (pemohon dan pasangan), NPWP pemohon, formulir permohonan yang bisa didapat di loket, dan materai Rp 6.000. Setelah mendaftar, pemohon akan melewati tahap seleksi yakni verifikasi pemerintah daerah (Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman DKI Jakarta) dan verifikasi oleh bank pelaksana (Bank DKI).

Program DP 0 Rupiah ini memiliki skema waktu cicilan hingga maksimal 20 tahun dengan besaran cicilan maksimal Rp 2,6 juta setiap bulannya. Program ini dirancang untuk warga berpenghasilan Rp 4 juta hingga Rp 7 juta per bulan.

Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan pun akan mengumumkan kenaikan UMP beserta kebijakan subsidi buruh berupa kartu pekerja hari ini. Kartu pekerja itu digunakan untuk memberi subsidi pangan, transportasi hingga fasilitas DP 0 rupiah.

"Kita ingin ada program DP 0 semua agar sebagian dari teman-teman bekerja yang bisa, yang berhak memenuhi kriteria bisa memanfaatkannya. Kita juga ingin agar semua item itu, baik terkait dengan pangan bersubsidi, Transjakarta member di jakgrosir, maupun fasilitas KJP bagi anak-anak para pekerja, itu menjangkau lebih banyak (lewat kartu pekerja)," ujar Anies, Jumat 26 Oktober.
